In order to reduce our environmental impact and promote sustainable operations, we will be changing our housekeeping service for guest rooms during extended stays starting
from Friday January 1, 2027.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
■Details of Housekeeping Services
Start from Friday, January 1, 2027
■Eco Cleaning Days (Standard Service)
Except for the 4th, 7th, and 10th day of your stay (and every 3 days thereafter), we will provide Eco Cleaning service.
Eco Cleaning includes the following:
-Replacement towels (bath towel, face towel, bath mat) will be hung on your door handle
-Collection of used towels and trash (please place them outside your room by the following morning)
-Housekeeping staff will generally not enter your room on Eco Cleaning days.
-Pajamas/room wear are available in the lobby. Please exchange them yourself if needed.
■Regular Cleaning Days
On the 4th, 7th, and 10th day of your stay (and every 3 days thereafter), we will provide regular cleaning service, which includes:

-Bed linen replacement
-Bathroom cleaning
-Vacuuming and general room cleaning
Please note:
-Changes to the cleaning schedule cannot be accommodated.
■Entry by Hotel Staff When Deemed Necessary
Hotel staff may enter your room outside the scheduled cleaning days under the following circumstances:
-Room maintenance
-Legally required inspections
-Emergency situations
